Wire Rope for Elevator Belt 7×7 and 19+8×7

Application Introduction:

There are 10-20 high strength fine wire ropes inside of elevator belt, the diameter of single wire rope is 1.5mm~2.5mm，and it contain at least 49 fine steel wires for each single wire rope. So it has obviously improvement for tensile strength, fatigue resistance compared with traditional wire rope.
The polyurethane material covered by the outer layer is selected high hardness polyurethane, it is better for performance on Wear resistance, it is stable for friction coefficient, Strong corrosion resistance, and then it can be sure the fatigue life of steel strip can reach more than 10 years
